We understand that unforeseen technical issues may occasionally arise, impacting your ability to access and benefit from our courses. In such exceptional circumstances, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.

We generally do not offer refunds for our courses. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances.

Reasons for Refund:

  • We will provide a refund if you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the course materials effectively.
  • If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing or utilizing the course materials effectively, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Our team will thoroughly assess the situation and, if verified, provide a refund promptly.

Process for Refund:

To request a refund due to technical issues, please contact our customer support team at  hibaf@nurturingyourminds.com with your order details and a description of the technical issue encountered with proof i.e. screenshots and video of the issue encountered. Refund requests made after the 24-hour period will not be considered.

Please note that refunds are granted at our discretion and are subject to review. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our criteria for exceptional circumstances.
